This is our 2nd single hop double India pale ale, celebrating one of favorites southern hemisphere hops. Motueka, you keep it really real. So we dedicate this to you. Pours hazy pale orange, with thin white head. Aromas of candied citrus and lime, followed with tropical candied flavors . Brewed with pale male, oats, wheat and Vienna. Hopped with copious Motueka pellets in the WP, dry-hopped twice with Motueka. Fermented with ale yeast.

A: The beer is slightly hazy yellow in color and has a moderate to high amount of visible carbonation. It poured with a finger and a half high bright white head that died down, leaving a patch of bubbles on the surface and a collar around the edge of the glass.
S: Light to moderate aromas of tropical fruits are present in the nose—mangos and pineapples seem to stand out in particular.
T: The taste follows the smell, having flavors of mangos, papayas, and pineapples. Little if any bitterness is perceptible.
M: It feels medium-bodied and a little "juicy" on the palate with a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: This beer is packed with a lot of juicy, tropical fruit aromas and flavors but drinks a lot more like a IPA than a Double IPA as it isn't that heavy on the palate and hides any traces of alcohol from the taste.

On tap at Arts and Craft Beer Parlor, NYC
Initially hazy but clears up later, orange straw color, tiny wisp of a head. Head quickly dissipates, however, a thin film retains throughout.
Muted tropical fruit aromas; mango, papaya, as well as citrus. I’m also picking up toffee in the malt.
Moderately juicy taste combining tropical fruit and citrus, as well as a gentle lime ting. However, the malts also shine through, grainy and smooth. Mild to little bitterness, the hops are mostly for flavor. Zesty and limey finish.
Medium bodied with a gentle carbonation. Alcohol is well hidden.
Interesting beer and interesting hops.
