Collaboration with Prison City Pub & Brewery
Our friends Prison City Pub & Brewery are always down for a Riot - so we made it Mad Fat. Pours hazy pale yellow with thin white head. Aromas of peach, melon and dank. Flavors of tropical apricot and peach with mild hop bitterness. Brewed with a blend of English Pale and Pilsner base malts plus oats and wheat. Fermented with our blend of English and American ale yeast. Hopped with Mosaic, Galaxy and El Dorrado, double dry hopped with Mosaic Cryo Dust pellets.

Poured from a 16oz can into a speiglau IPA glass.
Look is an extremely hazy yellow with orange highlights and little to no head.
Aroma is light lemon grass with a little hard candy note at the end.
Taste is much more complex. Almost a lemon vanilla balance. Very thick and full.
