A: The beer is jet black in color. It poured with a finger and a half high dark tan head that settled down, consistently leaving a short head covering the surface and some lacing down the sides of the glass.
S: Light to moderate aromas of dark malts and dark fruits are present in the nose.
T: The taste follows the smell and has flavors of dark malts along with strong notes of dark fruits such as plums. There is a light amount fo bitterness and subtle bits of associated sweetness.
M: It feels medium- to full-bodied on the palate and has a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: This stout is a lot fruitier compared to other beers in the style and in some aspects somewhat tastes like a hybrid with a Belgian Strong Dark Ale. It does a very good job at masking any traces of alcohol from the taste.

looks dark black i see red too. but that because this beer is strong and I'm buzzing. Taste of plums and figs. Roasted fireplace near. Little carbonation in the finish. A bit bitter too. Easy drinking and high ABV. Be careful. smells of fruits, plums, black flowers. a wonderful beer.
