Really hazy, a bit murky light orange color with off-white head. Aroma has diacetyl or some other buttery smell with some fruity hop notes. Taste is astringent with some cardboard bitterness and alcohol burn. Mostly probably I got a bad can.

Tall can w/o any freshness dating info to be found.

Fully hazed, minor cap, leaving some fine bubble froth and stick on the glass.

Fresh and fruited up nose, with melon, berries and mango coming to mind.

Robust and thicker mouthfeel wise...smooth and soothing.

Tropical fruits again in the mouth and on the palate, bananas, melon, mango, kiwi all edging forward and satisfying to the senses.

In a world of multitudes of high quality NEIPA, this one did not disappoint...worthy...go get some and enjoy

i love the ghostface reference in the name here! another big robustly dry hopped east coast style ipa, this one a little thicker in body and matte in color than a lot of them, sort of an understated appearance. the hops are huge on this, piney to me, dank and weed-esque in the nose, oily and cushy and sticky and all of that, almost sappy as i smell it, with some fleshy citrus there as well, and more bitterness than a lot of these have, all of which is true in the flavor as well. the grain side of this is pretty full, a little richer than a lot of the, and with a lot of body but without the heavy starchy oat thing in such a high proportion, more of a wheaty feel to me, and just a bit of color to it as well, a faint toasted note which i think works great with the finishing bitterness. pungent hops, a cool mix of varietals it seems, northwestern high alpha something meets a more fruity complexion dead on. a very fresh and taste beer, not quite as awesome as the single hopped nelson one they had when we were in, and maybe a little less drinkable than my favorites in this style, but a very solid ipa overall.

DDH 7.5% DIPA, featuring oats, Nugget, Simcoe, and Cascade hops, and DDH with Simcoe cryo dust pellets; 12/6 release...

Pours a medium yellow-gold, close to opaque, with a finger or two of white head... Presents lots of lean, clean citrus - grapefruit pith and peel in particular - with a floral aroma hanging over it and a light pine resin beneath... Moderate bitterness keeps this taut, only mildly sweet, with a tang of citric zest on the tongue... Medium-light feel and smooth otherwise... Good stuff...

Can’t remember being disappointed with an Interboro yet; gotta say this is one of the finest I’ve had in a can—great nose, full of tropical creamy flavors, and a mouthfeel that makes you wanna quaff more. This is a grand slam imo!! Thanks, Interboro!!
