Very murky, dark yellow-orange brew. Excellent head production, retention, and lacing.
Bright, herbal nose, with oregano, pepper, and mint noticeable from several feet away. Up close, you can start picking up fruity tones: mango, peach, pineapple, mandarin orange, and lemon. A little bit of honey and cream.
Flavor follows. Tons of bright fruit and herbs, with a creeping pungent and earthy dankness that builds in the second half but never becomes prominent. Basil, oregano, mint, and pepper; mango, papaya, and pineapple; lemon.
There's a brightness, in particular up front, that is hard to pin down, but which I've had before - and which is really quite pleasant.
