A: The beer is very hazy purplish red in color. It poured with a quarter finger high pink head that left some wisps of bubbles on the surface and a collar around the edge fo the glass.
S: Moderate aromas of blackberries and boysenberries are present in the nose.
T: The taste follows the smell and has lots of flavors of berries along with some hints of yogurt from the lactobacillus.
M: It feels light- to medium-bodied and tart on the palate with a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: This beer has nice aromas and flavors of blackberries and boysenberries but wasn't hardly sour at all.
