-cloudy deep orange tap pour with 1 cm foam cap. The aroma is vaguely tropical. The flavor is dank-citrus, but not very full or defined. ( it may be an age/tap issue). The mouthfeel is wet-flat. I will disregard this anomaly. I have enjoyed many of Interboro’s brews.

16oz. can into a Heady Topper stemless snifter.
Nose is pineapple, starfruit and citrus. Really aromatic and clean. Almost a hint of lactose too. Beer opens citrus, cantaloupe and overripe pineapple. A dank, tropical fruit hop profile in the middle. Really juicy with a rounded sweetness. End is more juicy citrus and pineapple. Sweet, cane sugar bit at the finish. Body is light to medium with moderate to ample carbonation. Foamy in the mouth and goes down dry with a lingering aftertaste.
Really solid. A pretty unique flavor profile given that it's a single hop beer.
