Oat IPA hopped with Mosaic, Cascade & Simcoe. Dank aromas of lemonade and grapefruit with a dry finish. Pours a bright yellow hue. Aromas of orange creamsicle, citrusy grass & bubblegum. Crisp, dry finish. Brewed with over 50% Oats & English Pale Malt. Fermented with house blend of English & American ale yeast.

Well, it finally happened. After a CANcerted effort on my part, The CANQuest (tm) has now exhausted its backlog of Interboro CANlaboration CANs! No problem, though, as there is still a huge backlog to run through, including Interboro-only beers, CANtinuing with this one. Onwards!
From the CAN: "2X Dry Hopped IPA"; "Come Visit Us and Our Tasting Room".
I am getting used to their MO here, so once I had achieved the Crack! of the vent, I simply went with a brisk, steady C-Line Glug into the awaiting glass. Sure enough, it was a Hazebro! No worries. I just let it free-flow until the foaming action got to be too much to handle. I wound up with two-plus fingers of dense, foamy, rocky, eggshell-white head with very good retention for my troubles. Color was a cloudy, but not quite turbid, Golden-Amber (SRM = > 5, < 7). Nose smelled really good, like they had used PNW hops for a dank, pine, eucalyptus mintiness. Ooh, yum! Mouthfeel was medium, but very slick & oily on the tongue. I really wanted to let it roll around in my mouth, but it really was that slick. The taste was really nice, a blend of orange/tangerine & pine/minty coolness. This was the kind of thing that I really dig. Dig? I really liked the interplay of the hops in this one and the way that the malt(s) knew enough to keep things in check. Finish was cool, dry & minty, just the way that I prefer. YMMV.
Slight edit: I just got the particulars & submitted them for Notes. I was pretty spot-on, although they mention Simcoe, which explains some of it, but I did not get the usual cattiness. Hmm.

NEIPA with typical flavors, but this one is bitter forward and afterward which I prefer. Nice brew, easily plow through the four pack.
