This beer pays homage to The Mis-Education of Lauryn Hill - one of our favorites. We also got a chance to work with a new hop Belma - hope you enjoy!
This thing is a crushable IPA bursting with candy fruit flavors. Pours hazy yellow with white foam. Aroma of grape Skittles and dank Tang orange drink, with flavours of tangy citrus and candied melon with very soft mouthfeel and dry finish. Brewed with Pilsner malt malted wheat and flaked oats. Fermented with our house blend of English and American ale yeast. Hopped with Belma, Citra & Simcoe, double dry hopped with Citra Lupulin.

Dark yellow in color with a heavy, unfiltered, hazy appearance. Poured with a tall, soapy, bright white foam with medium retention. Fresh citrus aromas, sweet lemon, orange zest and light melon with medium malt beneath. Medium bodied with medium light carbonation. Creamy smooth feel through the middle with light warmth toward the end. Citrus hop flavors with light fruity notes and a medium malty backbone. Medium light bitterness through the middle with pine hop flavors to the end. Finished with mellow fruity and pine hop bitter flavors. Malt and hop characters were well balanced. Flavors and aromas were mellow and subtle. Lush, creamy smooth feel. Aromas were a little on the subdued side. Very easy drinking.

This one pours a partially hazy orange color, with a small head, and lots of lacing.
This one smells like tangy orange, hoppy citrus, melon, and grassy hops.
This doesn't quite have the crisp flavor and finish I'd want, but it's still pretty decent. It's a touch muddled, but with good citrusy hop character, and not much bitterness. It's also slightly malt.
This is light bodied, slick, and fairly drinkable, with not enough crispness on the back end.
This feels a little messy, but it's not certainly not terrible.
