An oily black color with ample carbonation and a fast brown head of bubbles. Seems to have some actual graham cracker floaties as well- a bit ugly. The nose is sweet with chocolate and a slight tart aroma. Chocolate malts hits upfront on the taste with a kiss of the cherries. Its got a legit cherry chocolate flavor going on. The graham cracker seems to be more dominate on the finish and adds a dry aspect to the beer. Additional notes of cocoa, syrup, brown sugar, tannin, and caramel. Full bodied with more of a decadent feel. Sweet, but I don't find it over-powering and while there is a lot going on everything seems to work well together.
Overall, pretty good stuff.
