Sour ale fermented on New York State cherries, lemon, and lime zest. Lemon lime aroma bursts out of the glass, then your mouth is hit with a punch of tart cherry and a refreshing tang with a bite of carbonation. Brewed with pilsner malt, Vienna wheat, and oats. Soured in the kettle, then boiled and fermented with our house yeast blend. Cherries and zest added post ferment.

A: The beer is clear red in color and has a light to moderate amount of visible carbonation. It poured with a short pink head that quickly died down, leaving a collar of white bubbles around the edge of the glass.
S: Moderate aromas of cherries and lemon/lime are present in the nose.
T: The taste follows the smell and has flavors of cherries along with notes of limes. There is also a light to moderate amount of sourness.
M: It feels light- to medium-bodied and a little tart on the palate with a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: I found the combination of cherries and limes in the taste of this beer to be quite unique and interesting.
