Collaboration with West Kill Brewing
Dry and perceptibly bitter. Pours dark black in color with a mocha colored foam. Brewed with English pale malt, roasted wheat and dark crystal malts. Fermented with English ale yeast. Hopped with an experimental hop with coconut aroma qualities.

A: The beer is jet black in color. It poured with a quarter finger high light tan head that quickly died down, leaving wisps of bubbles on the surface and a narrow collar around the edge of the glass.
S: Light aromas of chocolate malts are present in the nose along with faint hints of coconuts.
T: Following the smell, the taste is dominated by flavors of chocolate malts and has a light amount of bitterness.
M: It feels light- to medium-bodied and a bit smooth on the palate with a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: This stout is a little lighter compared to other beers in the style, making it relatively easy to drink.
