Double IPA brewed in collaboration with our friends Dry & Bitter Brewing Company from Copenhagen, this is a daydream of a DIPA for sipping on when your head is the clouds. Pours hazy tangerine in color, with white foam. Dank citrus aromas with hints of tropical tiki blowing in, flavors of creamy mimosa and pina colada, but definitely dry (& bitter). Brewed with Pilsner malt, oats, and wheat. Fermented with our house blend of American and English ale yeast. Hopped with copious amounts of select Cascade & Mosaic in both whirlpool and dry hop.
