It's cloudy, although it's clearer around the edges. Small amount of fine white head.

The scent has bitter, yet savory, peach. There's a real fermented fruit vibe with this one, and I'd have guessed wheat for the grain if this was a blind test. There's even a bit of corn. The other advertised fruits are detectable, though behind everything else.

It's plenty acidic and salty. And it's definitely sour, but those first two dominate for me. The sweetness is more tied to corn than fruit, although I do get a good bit of tangerine.

That astringency really holds on into the aftertaste. Medium weight and medium-coarse carbonation that slightly prickly.

Picked this up last December as it was my first time at Inteboro in ages. Usually, they're known for their hoppy beers and heavier offerings but this was a nice change that was pleasant and quite easy to drink. Combined with their fun and industrial-looking labels and each of accessibility, led to a brew that was quite enjoyable to kick back with!

Nice look to this beer as it had a uniformly, wondrous bright amber hue to it that looked like a solid hunk of it, without any imperfections. Not a lot of head topped it off as the lacing was nowhere to be found, even after each sip. Lots of tangy orange, citrus zest, and cranberry tartness in the muted nose as the taste was sweet and sour at the same time. Couldn't feel the salt but it was there, along with the Vienna Malt and yeast with a ton of slick, sweet fruit juice that made this go down so easily.

The amount of alcohol in this was spot-on as the cranberries shone through in the aftertaste were just a bit shot of making this too tart to enjoy. The yeast and malts used were relatively standard as this was a bit fuller and more rounded than European styles that I've become accustomed to. No overt sugar and a nice, juicy feel made this fun and enjoyable as I wish that more Leipzig Goses were like this. Canned on 12/13/19 with "IT'S A STICK-UP STICK UP" written underneath that, I was so glad I was able to get a hold of this as it was on par with Interboro's heavier offerings!
