A MIllion and One Raspberries Brewed with Pilsner Malt and oats. Fermented with Chico. Super berrylicious in your glass. Refreshing tartness that doesn’t strip the enamel off your teeth. Salt addition in the kettle helps round out the tartness of the berries. Oh hey, Spring, glad you’re here, we could use some of that.

Decanted from a 16 oz (473 ml) can into a 12 oz tulip; canned 04/21/2020.
A: Pours a hazy, rose color with an orange caste (especially from above), a one finger, short lived pink tinged head, and essentially no lacing.
S: Aromas of berry, really raspberry AND strawberry AND cranberry, caramel, sea salt, and wet hay that's been sitting. Lacks that somewhat off-putting acrid/barnyard aroma that many Goses (?Gosen) have on opening before settling.
T: Semisweet. Aromas of sea salt, raspberry, cranberry, wet hay and caramel. Low, but not absent bitterness, subsumed under the saltiness.
M: Light to medium bodied with low effervescence. Remarkably light given the (presumed) salt content.
O: A delicious raspberry Gose, just in time for Summer. Missing that off-putting first whiff of funk that I associate with the style. Really good and really enjoyed it.
