Imperial stout brewed in collaboration with our friends Rob and Anthony from Transmitter Brewing. We built a malt bill built on English Marris Otter, with layers of roast wheat, chocolate malt, and three different crystal malts for a deep sweet maillard character balanced with a hint of roast bitterness. Fermented with a belgian strain, which produced fruit filled ester aromatic notes. Then aged in Woodford double oak barrels for 12 months for added oak and vanilla character.
