Collaboration with Sand City Brewing Co
Pours hazy pale yellow with a thin white head of foam. Aromas of guava and papaya with soft melon citrus flavor on the palate. Brewed with pilsner malt, with heaps of malted and unmalted oats. Hopped with Azacca cryo, Mandarina Bavaria in the kettle, dry hopped with Mosaic and more Mandarina Bavaria. Fermented with english ale yeast.

Hazed up NEIPA kinda pour, with a lasting off white cap, leaves fine frothy and ringed lacing.
Lime and mango on the sniff.
Dry with more lime on the palate, some more mango and a crisp dry finish. Dry and kinda tart all the way through. Decent but not my favorite brew from either Interboro or Sand City.

A: The beer is somewhat hazy yellow in color and seems to have a light amount of visible carbonation. It poured with a narrow collar of white bubbles around the edge of the glass, lots of lacing down the sides and many specks of bubbles covering the surface.
S: Light aromas of honeydew melon are present in the nose along with hints of citrus.
T: The taste has balanced flavors of mangos and honeydew melons. Only faint amounts of bitterness are perceptible.
M: It feels light- to medium-bodied and a bit juicy on the palate with a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: This IPA hides its alcohol rather well and has interesting contrasting flavors of mangos and melon in the taste.
