A: The beer is hazy light pale yellow in color. It poured with a short white head that quickly died down, leaving a narrow collar of bubbles around the edge of the glass.
S: Moderate aromas of coriander spices are present in the nose along with notes of wheat.
T: The taste follows the smell and has flavors of wheat and coriander spices along with notes of lemon citrus.
M: It feels light- to medium-bodied on the palate and has a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: I thought that this beer was a very good representation of the style and did a good job at combining the wheat, lemon, and coriander.
