A: hazy dark yellow with some murky orange and a 1 finger white head
S. Sharp pineapple, sweet orange and lemon, strawberry kiwi, tart apricot, and dragonfruit. Nice biscuity malt backbone
T: dragonfruit, peach, and pineapple. Strawberry and nice amount of kiwi. A touch of orange juice and some bready malt
M: lighter side of medium with moderate carbonation
O: this is a pretty solid IPA right here. The Strata works real nice. Well-harmonized and full of flavor.
