Dry Hopped Pilsner
Pours bright golden with thick white head. Herbal sweet aroma, nutty, solid malt backbone. Creamy mouthfeel, with crisp finish. Brewed with continental 2-row pilsner malt with a touch of flaked barley. Hopped in the kettle with Tet and Hallertaur. A touch of Saaz added post fermentation. Fermented with southern German lager yeast, cold conditioned 9 weeks.

A: The beer is clear dark golden yellow in color and has a light amount of visible carbonation. It poured with a short white head that quickly faded away and left just a narrow collar around the edge of the glass.
S: Light aromas of pilsner and nutty malts are present in the taste.
T: The taste follows the smell and has a slight amount of sweetness associated with it along with faint hints of floral hops.
M: It feels medium-bodied and very clean on the palate with a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: This pilsner is all about the malts and has an ever so subtle amount of malts.
