Pineapple & Blackberry Fruited Gose
We made this beer for social distancing, like for example, the exact beer you’d like to drink in the park. Pours hazy pale pink. Aromas of pineapple and jammy berries. Tart and refreshing with a tropical punch on the palate but with a very round soft mouthfeel. Brewed with Pils and vienna malt. Fermented with American Ale yeast.

A: The beer is rather hazy purplish yellow in color. It poured with a quarter finger high white head that left a collar around the edge of the glass.
S: Moderate aromas of pineapples and blackberries are present in the nose - the combination of these seems closer to blueberries.
T: The taste follows the smell and has a combination of pineapple and blackberry flavors along with hints of yogurt-like lactobacillus.
M: It feels light- to medium-bodied and slightly creamy on the palate with a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: I found the combination of pineapples and blackberries in this beer to be very unique. It was hard to describe the aromas and flavors that they produced.
