Crisp bitterness with a bite balanced with malt sweetness. Brewed with pilsner, vienna and munich malts, plus a touch of cherry smoked malt to our small batch for an interesting twist. Hopped exclusively with German Tettnanger hops and fermented cold with ale yeast.

Honey amber body, clear; intense carbonation; thick, spongy, sculpted head. Rich, sweet aroma; caramel. Warm, toasted grain taste; light bitterness; touch of herbal flavor; barely perceptible cherry but no real smokiness. Medium body; light sweetness overall.
A nice, decent beer.

A: The beer is a little hazy amber yellow in color and has a light to moderate amount of visible carbonation. It poured with a quarter finger high off white head that left a small patch of bubbles on the surface and a narrow collar around the edge of the glass.
S: Light to moderate aromas of fruity yeast are present in the nose along with hints of toasted malts.
T: The taste has balanced flavors of toasted malts and floral/spicy hops, the latter of which contributes a light amount of bitterness.
M: It feels light- to medium-bodied, clean and rather dry on the palate with a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: I really liked the balance between the malts and hops in the taste of this beer.
