Pours bright pale yellow with fluffy foam. Aromas of malt and lemony cut grass. Brewed with one quarter rice and pilsner malt. Hopped with Crystal. Fermented with southern German lager yeast. Crisp and clean, dry and refreshing.

16oz can into a pint glass. Canned 8/4/21, so 10 weeks old.
Okay look. Glassy faintly hazy yellow body. Small white head quickly shrinks to a thin ring, no lacing.
Nice delicate aroma, faintly floral and a light hop note.
On tasting, a bit of a jolt. Much more bitter than expected. Along with light citrus notes, it seems a bit harsh.mouth a little above medium, finish bitter and a little dry.
Overall, Interesting take on a Japanese rice lager, but the high bitterness level was not enjoyed by this particular palate.

The beer is crystal clear light yellow in color and has a column of bubbles rising from the center of the glass. It poured with a short white head that left a narrow collar around the edge and a thin patch of bubbles on the surface in the middle.
S: Light to moderate aromas of woody and floral hops are present in the nose.
T: The taste follows the smell, except that hoppy flavors aren't nearly as pronounced and there are underlying hints of rice and pilsener malts. The hops do contribute a light to moderate amount of bitterness.
M: It feels light- to medium-bodied, clean and a bit dry on the palate with a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: This beer is very easy to drink and has a nice clean mouthfeel. I liked how it seemed to be a bit more hoppy compared to other beers in the style, while the hops still seemed delicate in nature.
