Collaboration pilsner with our friends at Bierwax, The Sampler, Mumford Brewing, and Tripping Animals to commemorate the election of a new president and to celebrate our beer community. Pours clear and bright with white foam. Bright aromas of fresh lemon with a hint of grapefruit. Crisp bitterness with a clean malt backbone. This modern pilsner is brewed with continental pils base malt and a healthy portion of malted white wheat to soften the mouthfeel and build depth of flavor. Hopped with NZ Wakatu (a descendant of the classic Hallertau hop) in the kettle and lightly dry-hopped with more Wakatu to bump up the citrusy aroma. Fermented cold with Southern German lager yeast.

Bright and clear golden body; very lively carbonation; one-finger + thick head, sudsy and partially creamy. Light malt aroma; herbal notes. Light bicsuit-like flavor; wheat cracker; moderate to bold hop bitterness; mild lime. Light to medium body; smooth with a gentle creaminess; semi-dry.
This collaboration effort delivers a tasty pilsner beer with a somewhat citrus edge to it.

Clear yellow pour with a finger of white foam, moderate lacing. Hoppy nose giving off tones of lemon, grapefruit, white grape, old bread and slight resin. Taste is dominated by the hops, lemon and resin pair, breadiness is present but faintly. Feel is hoppy too, but there isn't much depth behind the hops, almost watery. Swing and a miss but drinkable
