On draft at Interboro Ales & Spirits.
Pours a hazy sunset orange color. Wispy head soon dissipates, yields lacing.
The fruity nose opens with a burst of bright citrusy juices, orange, lime and grapefruit. Tropical aromas of passion fruit and pineapple pair with notes of apricot. I can detect the tartness.
However, although tart overall, the acidity is less intense in the taste as it is balanced with dough crackery malts and slightly creamy wheat. Fruity flavors of apricot, passion fruit, lemon, lime and pineapple. Dry overall, as is the finish which is not too mouth puckering.
Medium bodied and mostly smooth. The carbonation is moderate.
A real quality fruited sour which is refreshing and easy to drink. Great fruity flavors amidst that are lightly tart and very accessible. I would have again.
