What better way to thank our homies at Roberta's for being all around awesome than to make them the crispiest, easy-drinkingest Helles featuring both noble German and classic American hops. Mahalo! Noble grassyness, citrus peel, fresh hay
hint of honey sweetness. Clean and crushable.

On tap at Fattey Beer Company in Rochester, NY.
This one pours a light golden yellow color, with a small head, and lots of lacing.
This smells like a little bit of honey and bready sweetness, and lots of grassy hops.
This is definitely a bit more hop forward than a helles tends to be, but that’s not a huge problem for me. It’s very grassy with a nice bitterness on the end, and just the lightest hint of honey along with the typical bready sweetness.
This is light bodied, with a bit of a bite on the finish.
This is notable for being a bit more hop accented than I expected, but still tasty.
