Amber color with a thin head.
Mild aroma of apples and malt sweetness.
Flavor with predominant notes of red apples and malt sweetness. Dry aftertaste with a mild bitterness.
Light towards medium body with flat hand pull carbonation.
Served as Real ale, although being an APA, it felt to me more of an English Pale Ale with malty and apple like notes.

Very perfumed. A gluten-free Pale Ale that takes its cues from the "juicy" American scene more than old English ales. Some vague fruity hoppiness on the nose and tongue, finishes more sweet than bitter.
