Backyard Barn Winery and Microbrewery "Big Ass Jones IPA"

Notes: Hazy amber/copper colored body beneath a creamy head of off-white. Very good head retention and lacing. The aroma is citrusy, caramelish, and malty. The flavor follows. It's citrusy, mainly of orange, and subtly piney. A firm bitterness balances it and it finishes dry with some leafy and almost minty hops lingering. The alcohol never shows. Medium bodied and crisp.
