On tap at the brewery served in s 16oz. pilsner glass.
Look- A beautiful clear pale yellow/straw color with two fingers of creamy white foam.
Smell- Floral/spice up front followed by cereal/malt.
Taste- Light floral hop flavor followed by a hint of rye-like spiciness. A nice bready malt backbone follows.
Feel- Very crisp, clean and refreshing.
Overall- A style I admittedly don't drink much of anymore as most are extremely watered down and poorly brewed. With that said and it being 94 degrees today, I opted to try something on the lighter side. A good choice in my opinion as while being on the lighter side of craft, it doesn't sacrifice flavor. A pleasant kiss of floral and hop spice with a nice bready malt finish. I'm glad my hop head self 'downshifted' and gave this refreshing summer slammer a try!
