On tap at source. Pours a clear golden with small white head with good lacing. Aroma has lots of grapefruit, orange rind and a pine resin with some sweet caramel to balance. Taste is bitter but far from brutal. Body is medium without much carbonation. Solid.

Poured from the 2 pint mega can from the brewery into a pint glass. The beer is a solid gold color topped with a frothy offwhite head. Smell is piney with hints of citrus peel. Biscuit malt balancing it out. Taste reminds me of old arrogant bastard. Big pine taste with a bit of honey and balancing bready malt. Finishes with citrus peel. Feel is medium but slick. Overall a big beer with a lot of hop flavor. Bring me back to west coast style ipas.

I tried a taster of this beer off the tapper at the brewery. It poured a slightly hazy golden with thin white head that is leaving some lace. The scent had pine and subtle citrus peel spice notes. The taste was nicely balanced and easy to drink with bright sweet malt base with pine resin and citrus peel spice presence. The mouthfeel was lighter in body with good carbonation. Overall it is a good beer.

Appearance - The beer, served on tap, was a handsome copper color with an off-white head.
Smell - The nose was fairly dank, but not obviously bitter. In was more on par with a single IPA.
Taste - The overall profile was lightly dank. It was not overpowering and a little weak for the style with notes of pine and onion. The aftertaste brought to mind licking postage stamps.
Mouthfeel - The body was a touch thin with noted carbonation.
Overall - If there was such a thing as a light DIPA, this could be a model.
