FEBRUARY 2025.
On tap (0.4 cl 6€ at the pub).
Beer of a splendid golden color, with a compact head of foam to the eye, but soft to the drink, which remains to act as a hat.
Delicate aromas of cereals and bread crust, still in a minor tone a hint of herbaceousness.
In the mouth, a light-bodied beer, but with a rather low carbonation that makes it tend towards medium.
Fragrant but balanced moderate taste that ranges from notes of bread making, especially five-cereal bread crust and toast, followed by a refreshing and just slightly bitter herbaceous sensation.
The finish is dry, tongue and palate remain clean, not much cereal aftertaste remains.
A little carbonation is missing and although the foam does not make you suspect anything, in the mouth it lacks a more lively carbonation than this, which would have made the drink more refreshing and also more faithful to the reference style.
