Brewer's tasting notes: "Feral Cellar Series: Mermicorn is blend of two amazing things: Unicorn and Mermaid, Brettanomyces yeast and Citra hops. This beer is gentle yet present, with an aroma of pineapple, light funk and hay. It drinks soft and velvety with both the hop and yeast pushing stone fruit and citrus flavours."
Bottle from the brewery _ Pours a cloudy pale gold with a 2 finger cap...light aromas of citrus and leafy herbs over biscuity malts, earthy and woodsy....mellow character for a Brett, not sharp or too sour....flavour is hoppy-earthy and tart...slick mouth feels goes to a dry tart-bitter fruity finish...very drinkable....i don't usually find brett sours as a "more than one" beer but I could drink 3 or more of these in a session no problem
