Brewer'a Tasting Notes: "Next up is IV021 Grain Bill: 2row, Biscuit, Raw Wheat, Flaked Wheat, Dextrose Whirlpool: Archer Dryhop: Wai-iti, Simcoe, Zythos Notes of Clemintines, Mango Tea, Spruce Tips and Lime Wedge"
--- Can marked June 17 racking date - pours a light hazed gold with a 2 finger rocky white cap....aromas of pine, citrus, dusty wheat and leafy herbs....dry, hoppy sharp character...flavour has spruce, citrus, and biscuit flavors in tront then a mellow bittering like black tea leaves and spruce take hold and ride out the crisp clean bitter finish...quite well put together, well attenuated and quenching
