This Zoigl, a malty German lager, was brewed using Isaria Heritage malt, German hops, and German lager yeast. It was fermented and aged cold for many weeks and we’ve been counting the days for its release! It is soft and slightly sweet, with bready notes and a clean finish.

This is actually a zoiglbier but there is no classification for this here - Pours a lightly hazed amber color with a puffy 2 finger cap....rich aromas of fresh bread and spicey hops....medium light bodied, smooth delivery....flavor has a blast of bittering hops in front which is instantly overcome by the chewy toasted malts......wet balanced finish with a biscuity kiss at the end.....fairly straight forward lager with big flavor
