Cold Gold is our take on a throwback macro lager brewed with 6-row pilsner malt, flaked rice, and flaked corn. Pairs well with Chevy trucks, Levis, and cheese pizza.

L: The beer is a straw to pale gold color with decent clarity (i.e. there is a minimal haze present but you can still see completely through the beer.)
S: The nose is rice and corn dominant with some light grainy notes from the pilsner malt. There is also just a hint of hop character in the form of some barely perceptible grass and citrus notes(when I say barley .
T: On the front I get some very light notes of grass. In the middle I get a bit of sweet corn and rice adjunct quickly being cut by a distinct citrus note that turns into a soft and gentle sourness on the backend/finish which has a low bitterness.
F: Light body with medium-high carbonation.
O: This is an amazing take on the macro AAL which beats most examples out there. It has a slightly rustic quality to it which at first blush might seem out of place in a "macro lager," but I like it. Highly recommended!
