From a can purchased at the brewery. No date on the can.
L: Pours a pale gold with excellent clarity. A gentle pour results in a finger and a half of fine, white head. The head has ok retention and after a few minutes falls to a 2 mm ring around the circumference of the glass with a thin layer of head in the middle of the glass. A nice amount of carbonation bubbles rise from the bottom of the glass.
S: The nose presents herbal and grass qualities mixed with a touch of earth.
T: Very nice taste on this one. I get grassy notes and some earth on the front end with some light notes of citrus in the mid palate. The citrus flows into the back end and mixes with some spiciness and has a low bitterness on the finish.
F: Light body with medium-high carbonation. The mouthfeel is smooth and crisp with a light dry finish.
O: This is a pretty good take on a pilsner. If you are at the brewery and can get a hold of this one I suggest you do.
