DMS! Undercarbed, too - together with the oversized body, that probably means it finished high (or, considering the diacetyl, had fermentation force stopped.) Nice mellow ginger, at least. 3.25

Soft yellow and cloudy, topped with 2 fingers of white head.
Smells of peaches, coriander, and new plastic.
Tastes of coriander, lemon water, hints of fruity flavours, and hints of floral as well.
Medium, light body with dry, powdery carbonation.
Got at Cent Fest in Chiang Mai today, drinking at home here on Nov 8th, 2016. Says its infused with Korean Ginger and orange peel. Not really getting the ginger, but it does taste so much like the style.
