Pours a wispy head that fizzles out almost immediately. Color is dark amber, not completely opaque. Smells a bit fruity with faint hints of chocolate, banana, and bread. Mouthfeel is carbonated but not overly so. Taste is completely unremarkable. The tongue struggles to discern any flavors except an alcohol burn in the aftertaste. This is actually labeled as a Weizenbock but is closer to a Tripel, ending up as a kind of Frankenstein beer. For the high price I was expecting so much more. Save your money and give this one a miss.
