On-draught @ Lengthwise.
ABV is 5 point something. Wet hopped with Mosaic.
Mosaic's signature blueberry flavour barely appears, but the beer does drift tropical towed by the proprietary hop. Hop pungency is merely adequate, which is disappointing in a wet hop pale ale.
Balanced and enjoyable, but I'd like to see more commitment to the utilized hops: use more, use more in the boil and less in dry hopping, dial back the malty sweetness a bit...commit to the ingredients somehow.
I'm glad I tried it, but frankly if I'm after a pale ale I'd sooner have Sierra Nevada.
