We thought we’d try our hand at a “Cold IPA” since people seem to be loving them. A west coast IPA but made with some rice to lighten the body, abundant clean hop bitterness, modern and classic hops including Cryo Columbus, HBC 586, and Chinook Incognito, and fermented with a lager yeast.
