Schatzie is a German term of endearment. It was also the brewer’s beloved black lab, a true beer-hound! This crisp, light bodied and malty German Pilsner is a tribute to “Schatzie pup”. Brewed in January and lagered for more than 3 months, this seasonal beer is worth the wait.

Moderate, white head. Medium light gold look. Clean, bright, floral hop and lightly toasted malt aroma, in a subtle manner. Off-dry, medium light toasted malt and light amount of floral hop flavors.
