On tap into a pint glass. Decent 1 finger white head that settles quickly into a well sustained crown. Smells of banana and clove yeasty goodness, some nuts, funky wheat and a touch of malt, not much hops. The clarity is pretty hazy but somewhat translucent. Taste wise I get a lot of weizen yeast flavor, rich bread and wheat, sweet honey, and some mild aromatic vanilla, and an elusive tart fruit note on the very front. I get some really awesome mouthfeel here, dry and snappy but full and rich at the same time, impressive!

This is a great hefe! Very traditional and straightforward, but well done.

Edit: the mouthfeel just gets better and better! Effervescent and bubbly but ending on a smooth dry snappy note, but retaining a silky feel. Well done!
