On tap at Helderberg Mountain Brewing Company in Berne, NY.
This one pours a clear dark orange-ish color, with a small head, and a nice bit of lacing.
This smells like an old school West Coast pale ale, with a nice clean bitterness on the nose, pine resin, lemon, and grapefruit.
This surprised me. I don't think a lot of current IPA drinkers would really like this one, but it's solidly built, with a very nice clean bitterness on the back end, and very minimal malt character for the style.
This is light bodied, clean, very crisp, and very drinkable. It feels old-fashioned in a nice way.
I didn't expect much out of this one, but it heartily surprised me. It's quite tasty.
