Can from the heath food store in Williston.
Slightly hazy dark yellow with a decent sized bubbly white head with moderate retention. Lemony bready earthy fruity on the nose. Flavor is spicy earthy lemony almost acidic with a bit of a lactic twang to it. Not really the clean and crisp Kolsch that they promised in the description.

Served in correct glassware at the brewery (a stange). The appearance was a light crisp yellow color with a vivid transparency about it. Carbonation was seen rising at a nice pace. Thin white foamy head. Dies off at a nice pace. The smell started off with the normal kolsch like qualities of sweet corn, light bready/biscuity goodness. The flavor takes in all of the previously mentioned flavors to blend nicely. Semi-lingering sweet aftertaste and finish. On the palate, this one sat about a light on the body with a fantastic sessionability about it. Low carbonation. Overall, great kolsch that I would have again.

Latest batch canned 3/24/17
Moderate pour yields a 3/4 inch white head over a fairly bright golden body with some real nice lacing. Nose of bread and slight piney hops. Taste of the same bready hops with a slight sourness and crisp, dry finish. Nice feel and overall a nice representation of the style.
