Generally speaking, German pils style beers are böring. Too clean and too subtle compared to the original Czech version. I blame their purity law that strips German beer of karakter... Evrysing must be correct! Good water did a great job replicating this unmemorable style.

16 ounce can packaged 04/05/23.
Moderate pour yields a one and a half inch white head over a bright, straw-colored body with adequate lacing.
Nose of cracker, hay, and slight hops.
Taste is slightly malty sweet with a crisp, slightly bitter hop finish.
Very good feel with medium carbonation.
Overall, a nice stab at a German Pilsner from Williston, VT!
Cheers!!
