A: Pours a clear golden/orange color. A one finger white head forms with good retention and lace left behind.
S: The hops are there, but seems a bit muted and faded. Light herbal, lemon and citrus aromas. Which are nice, just wish it was a bit more prominent.
T: That herbal, spicy, hoppy intensity is better flavor wise. Citrus, pine and bitterness lingering. Simple, but enjoyable.
M/O: A medium body with effervescent/crisp carbonation. Finishes dry and clean. A nice IPA to drink at the brewery.
Hoppy, simple, clean, and enjoyable is the name of the game. You don't need much more than that. If the aromatics where a bit more noticeable, that would bring this up a notch. As is, just a solid IPA anyway.
