Brewed for Sigma's first anniversary. A Russian Imperial Stout aged in 2/3 Yellow Rose Rye Whiskey barrels and 1/3 Yellow Rose Outlaw Bourbon barrels.

Purchased this beer in a 500 ml bottle past weekend at the brewery. Poured from the bottle into a tulip glass. Dark brown color with with a beautiful light brown head and great initial curtain lacing. Warm boozy smell and taste. Dark chocolate and dark coffee. Blackberries and cinnamon. Excellent sipping beer. Really like this brewery.

Pour is black with a dense, creamy cap of mocha foam.
Nose is milk chocolate, coffee, bourbon, vanilla.
Taste follows - mocha, coffee, milk chocolate, bourbon, vanilla, charred oak, cinnamon. Excellent beer. Not overly sweet
