A: Pours a garnet red color. At first a small, almost nonexistent white head forms, and recedes in a second with no retention or lace left behind.
S: A medicinal and generic fruity berry aroma. Almost syrup like. Not much else to not here.
T: Like the nose this is very medicinal like. A nondescript "berry" fruit flavor. Again, syrupy and finishes on an acidic bite.
M/O: This has a light body. Though strangely viscous at the same time. Not crisp at all, with almost no effervescence. Just kind of eh overall. Not really something I would come back to.
This is kind of a lackluster fruity sour/Berliner Weisse. They are maybe trying to go for that syrup thing that some people do in Germany, but I think that is unintentional. Just kind of medicinal and vaguely acidic with no real character.
