Known as the “Gateway IPA,” Entropic is aggressively hopped with Mosaic and Simcoe to overwhelm your senses with the aroma of tropical fruit. Flavors of ripe mango and passion fruit dominate the palate with a light, dry, finish.

Dark gold pour, little hazy, off white tight foam head. Nose shows pine and citrus.
Taste shows a nice orange marmalade, resiny pine, mango, touch ripe cantaloupe, lught to medium kilned malt. Mouthfeel is velvety. Finish let's that spicy resin warm up with a little length, then drops a dollop of caramel.
Really tasty beer, nice varied hop character.

Bright gold color with a modest head. Solid hop flavor, resembling tropical fruit with a touch of citrus, and a good malt base. Not as bitter as some AIPAs but still has a dry finish. Good, drinkable beer.

I had this beer on-tap at the brewery in a Pilsner-style glass.
Appearance: medium golden hue with just a hint of haze and a nice head of ivory foam leaving a good lace on the glass.
Smell: sweetish malt with a sort of fruity/rindey hop aroma. Not bad.
Taste: a bit of sweet malt along with a lovely hop character that is at once fruity and grassy and fresh and delicious. A good beer!
Mouthfeel: medium body with a good carbonation and creaminess.
Overall: this beer just rubs me the right way. Flavorful without being harsh, and drinks way way below its 6.9% ABV.

A: Pours a yellow/orange color. A small white head forms, light lace is left behind.
S: Citrus, orange, maybe some berry like aromas. Pine in the finish. Simple, enjoyable enough, but very standard as well.
T: Citrus orange peel, light berries, and pine are the hop flavors. This becomes a bit soapy, with a lingering bitterness.
M/O: A medium to full body. Moderate carbonation, but soapy/slick and oily. Even with the soapiness, still something I can drink, and come back to on occasion.
While the soapy character is not among my favorite of the style, and overall, its a simplistic version of the style anyway. Despite that, not a bad IPA. I could come back to this when in the right mood. Though there are better versions out there. Both on the local and regional level.

Pours a clear, golden, copper in color with a frothy, finger thick head on top. Plenty of lacing as you drink. Carbonation looks average. A very floral aroma. Melon, candied malts, berries with some earthy, fresh hop herbalness. Smells absolutely delicious. Taste follows the nose pretty well. A blend of toasty malts and hops hit up front -- notes of melon, pine, lemon and spice -- finishes with a lingering balance of toasted malts, melon and grapefruit rind. More balanced than expected, which I quite enjoy. This is a medium bodied beer with zesty carbonation and a good amount of chewiness. Very drinkable at 6.9% ABV. Overall, this is a great, fairly balanced IPA with ample flavor and complexity. Almost sessionable, but also very enjoyable as a sipper. Another great one from Equal Parts. Cheers!

L- Pours a two finger headed beer with a nice clear champaign-like appearance. Solid head dissipates to a nice rocky thin head.
S- Sweet and piney hops, with a nice little funkiness as well. Some grassy and earthy tones in there are well.
T- Sweet, bitter and immediate. A bit toned down with a fresh dry finish. Very Nic.
F- Dry and crisp.
O- A solid IPA. Not boozy at all for the ABV. Very nice! I'd definitely drink it again.
