From Equal Parts: Each iteration of Exotica is focused on a different Tiki-style cocktail, and each iteration is built from the ground up to embody the characteristics of its namesake. For this edition, we chose a cocktail most of us are familiar with – the Painkiller. The grist contains wheat, oats, and multiple different specialty malts to help achieve the profile of an actual Painkiller. On top of that we added pineapple, orange, orange zest, coconut, and a hint of nutmeg round out the flavor and aroma. It tastes like a Painkiller. Collaboration with homebrewer Secret Beach Brewing.
